draw vertical line

from starting point: mark down sleeve length SL 62 cm and square left

from starting point: mark down SLH = 1/4 COS + 2 = 13.5 cm and square

Width left of sleeve

from starting point: draw down to the left a diagonal line onto the sleeve-head-line SLH-line with the measure 1/2 COS = 23 cm

Width of wrist

on SL from vertical line: mark to the left 1/2 width-of-wrist WOW + 1 = 10 cm

finish sleeve seam as shown

Sleeve head

from starting-point: mark to the left 1/6 COS = 7.5 cm

on SLH-line from sleeve seam: mark to the right 1.5 cm

connect both previous points and halve the distance
